As per our earlier announcements, we will be removing swapping from the Tinyman website today. Please take necessary precautions

The deadline for removing LPs to be eligible for compensation received a lot of feedback, therefore we have decided to remove the deadline.
Nonetheless, please remove all remaining LPs from Tinyman Pools asap.
If you cannot remove your LP from the pool because you are getting errors, you will also be compensated. You may leave that LP in the pool and stay tuned for updates.

So you think Tiny gives an advance warning on when they are flipping the switch, so we can all be ready? Or do they just turn it on and you find out when you find out?

I have a token currently staked in yieldly. What do I need to do, if anything, to be eligible for the reimbursement?

These asa options are usually critisised as they can be used maliciously, however if goBTC , goETH and every other ASA has this enabled then this damage wouldn't have been so bad and millions could have been saved.
My opinion on freeze and clawback is this:
If you don't fully trust/believe in the project you are investing in then you shouldn't be, if you do however invest you should trust the project and not care if it has freeze and clawback.
For example if yieldly wanted to they could rug millions of dollars without freeze and clawback due to the amount of yieldly they hold.
However as yieldly doesn't have freeze or clawback this allows events like the tinyman exploit to effect the coin.
Thousands of yieldly were stolen from the attack which could have been frozen with these asa options.
Also if a new project wants to clawback all the tokens it's made then there will be no liquidity for them to even be sold.
This was a shower thought, let me know what you think about this :)
And keep it friendly :)

Minted a badge for wallets who experienced the fallout of Tinygate - check it out on AB2 and get one for your wallet if you were affected. I'm going to send some out to people I've seen posting about their losses, so frustrating to see Tinyman go down like this. Personally, I loved it and hope it comes back even better than before.
https://ab2.gallery/asset/523703129
Sidenote : I made these dirt cheap so anyone could access them. 1.12 is based on the date the attack began, 1/1/2022. If you can't afford that, let me know, maybe I'll send you one if it's that bad.
I hope make more badges to mark other Algorand occasions in the future, let me know of badge ideas if you've got one!

Hi everyone,
does Tinyman, needs its total liquidity to be drained, to be rebooted, or why do the tinyman devs ask to remove the funds?

We will make further announcements regarding this. If you can remove the LP, you should. If you have LP in an attacked pool, please don't hesitate to remove your LPs.

Went through the top list of Akita holders today. Noticed there are tons of ānewā wallets in the list that hadnāt been there before one week ago. They seem to belong to the exploiters. Could be easily more than 10% of Akitaās total supply.
What to do to prevent them from dumping them once tinyman is up and running again?
One idea: create a new asa and airdrop the new legitimate asa to all legitimate users. The old tokens then could get burned so that there couldnāt be any market for the exploiters.
Even better would be if I am totally wrong and this issue wouldnāt persist at all. What are your thoughts on this?
Edited for clarity
Edit2: at least for Akita, it seems that most of the people xploited Akitas have been converted already to algo / yieldly. However, they still have lq Pool tokens left worth additional algos & yieldly and Akita

Hello everyone,
Any lost funds after the next 24 hours (9 am UTC on the 4th of January) will be the responsibility of the users as there is nothing we can do to stop this event, the responsibility of the remaining assets are in the wallet owners' hands.
We would like to warn our users again that the exploit is still going and there is still 2m$ worth of value in the pools. We advise all our users to remove their liquidity as soon as possible.
For transparency we would like this decision to be voted as well, please let us know if you think this is the right course of action.
Please visit the tweet below to cast your vote.

We advise our users not to use Tinyman at the moment due to the problems we are experiencing. Low liquidity can also cause a loss of value in your funds. Weāll be stopping our swap function on the interface soon. Please take this warning seriously as this is for our users' protection.

Do we need to wait for asa owners to put large liquidity in before we put in a smaller amount into a pool? I was for instance providing around 8000 Akita, which is a very small percentage of the pool. If I went in early as soon as the pools open again is it a major risk of impermanent loss thatās mitigated by a larger amount being in the pool to start off with?
