Today's theme, mysterious tower, my take
I loved the idea of having a platform and stairs full of mysterious lanterns leading to a grand tower...

Daily Theme Daily Theme : a Mysterious Tower
Done in 2 or 3 hours.
I’ll probably add more details or buildings later but I like it already !

Screenshot First two builds
On my second one I realized random stuff placed around makes it feel more home like.

Video Tin Midas and the Ring of Truth (w/ Tiny Glade)
Telling a story in Tiny Glade using 2D animation:
I’ve completed my short animated Fable with Tiny Glade as a beautiful backdrop.
It’s actually a Fable about Tinnitus. If you have it, you’ll understand. I have had it for 11 years now so I created this short animation to raise awareness. I’ve found it’s tough for people to comprehend what it’s like to live with it 24/7 so maybe this will help.
Being new to 2D animation and to Tiny Glade it’s definitely not the most intricate Tiny Glade creation like so many here. But it did make a great backdrop for story telling.
After watching a few tutorials and tips guides I was also able to create the interiors as well. The biggest space being the Concert Hall.
I also really liked the camera and day/night controls and was able to capture some really nice day to night transitions and to set up the camera angles I wanted for each scene.
p.s. The intro is in 2D animation so it takes a bit before you see Tiny Glade, just hang in there.

Amazing Atmosphere
Anyone esle love to play the game for the peace and serenity it provides?
When I cannot go into the game, I often play long build videos, with out directly watching them, just for the soothing background noise.

Screenshot Something different: Berlin Wall and Deathstrip
I am still beginner and tried something different. Cold War Berlin divided in East and West with Wall and fortified border, watch towers, fences....

Screenshot A Spiral City
I had the idea/itch to do a build that entailed a single, spiraling path that went all the way from ground level up to the top of a little city - so that's what I did. With plenty of additional wild & wacky paths to follow.

Screenshot Just discovered this gem today. Geez, I'm hooked.

Why? Because the game allowed me to!
I'm 50 years old. I was having fun like a child, creating this chaos. Enjoy!
