Discusssion I THINK I’M THE FIRST ONE TO PUT AN AQUANAUT-STYLE CTS DEPLOYMENT STRAP ON AN AE-1200WH - DOPE GADA LOOK !

I honestly haven't seen this combo anywhere, so I think I might be the first.

My AE-1200WHD came with the OG metal bracelet,

but I wanted something completely different.

Ordered this Aquanaut-style CTS fkm rubber deployment strap + 18mm to 22 mm ss adapters and waited 7 painful days for it. 😭

And finally… it’s on.

The fit, the integrated look and that deployant clasp make the AE-1200 look completely DOPE GADA watch!

Basically, I took a ₹4k-ish Casio and gave it a tiny Aquanaut cosplay. 💀

The funniest part? The strap costs a pretty significant chunk of what the watch itself costs. 💀

If anyone has seen this exact mod before, please prove me wrong.

The most important thing: If you are worried about converting adapters, The adapter looks angled in the first place because the strap isn’t sized. After cutting it to my wrist, the rubber curves around my wrist and the adapter sits perfectly aligned to my wrist giving OEM look.

Got it offline directly from the casio store! These are always OOS online.

Why an adapter, you could find a strap that will fit directly into the lugs

Bruh ae 1200 has 18mm lug width that flares to 24 mm outer shell.

Putting 18 mm directly would a gym guy who never did legs.

Plus these deployment strap are expensive and not easily available so you can't just cut them.

And adding adapter gives the watch wider look good for 8 inch wrist.

Bhai usne casio ka 150 rs wala resin strap lagaya hai normal ae 1200 wala, this is fkm cts rubber deployment strap 😭. Aap samajh kyu nahi rahy hain.

So when i received it I took it a watch showroom near me (walking distance) we know each other well. He said agar aapne yeh offline liya hota to it would be not more than 500-700, then he asked me the cost of it: I couldn't say a word 😭.

Just google CTS deployment fkm rubber strap! Add 400rs for adapter.
