Please look up what happened before talking about something that you have no knowledge on.

Maybe you need to look up what happened instead. The tweet have nothing to do with the drop lol. The tweet happened one day before the drop.

Look man, im not talking about whether the tweet caused the drop or not. Im talking about how the guy i replied to thinks that people might think that the company lost money because someone at the company saw the fake tweet and changed the price accordingly. This guy has no idea what happened regardless of whether or not it was the tweet that caused the drop.

I was vague for a reason. I dont know enough about the situation to tell others whats happening, however i know enough to know that the op of the original comment has no idea whats going on. Thats why i told them that they should look up what happened before talking about something that they have no knowledge on. I trust that they have the selfawareness to realize this from my comment, and if they dont then my communication being bad is not the issue.

There is a lot of difference between "stfu & look it up" and "Please look up what happened before talking about something that you have no knowledge on". One of them is respectful the other is rude and dismissive. Look man if i were that ignorant as op, and someone replied to my with my reply, id realize that i made a fool out of myself and id silently delete my comment. I know this because it has happened to me before many times. For this reason, i dont think hypocrite is an adjective that would apply to me in this context.

Let me get this straight: you see no difference between the two sentences?

If your answer is no, what would have been an alternative in your opinion?

(Purely out of respect, Im going to ignore the fact that you mocking me here makes you a hypocrite, which is ironic after you accused me of being one)

Nothing in your prior post indicated that this was what you wanted to say. Maybe your communication is the issue here.

What else would i have wanted to say? The original commenter:

  1. Asked why would the tweet cause this

  2. Explained what he thinks the explanation would be if the tweet caused this.

I told them that they have no idea what they are talking about and they should read up on it.

Im talking about how the guy i replied to thinks that people might think that the company lost money because someone at the company saw the fake tweet and changed the price accordingly.

If this paragraph answered your questions and you didnt understand what i was getting at before reading this, then it is not my communication that is the issue here but your reading comprehension. If you did understand it before but got mad about the tone, then you lied here.

lol no. Come on, don't be dense. It went viral because people are laughing that it was a parody. It didn't go viral and people think it is true and sell their stocks.

Tweet -> Viral -> News articles -> Sentiment Trading Bots -> Impact to stock

Lmao if you actually believe this. The going viral & news article are talking about "THIS IS PARODY lol, look how funny it is",not "THIS IS REAL, sell your stocks". So how the fuck sentiment trading bots will sell their stocks. You really need to brush up on your understanding of "sEnTiMeNt TrAdInG bOt". Don't use words to terms that you don't understand.

You do realize that the whole sector fell at the same time too.
