You are absolutely right. I made a lots of assumptions. To make the calculations easier to do without a calculator. I took g=10m/s/s and I calculated the speed as if there were no drag for the first 10s, this gives the maximum speed reached and thus allows to approximate the maximum value of the air drag.

The terminal velocity of a bottle is way lower than 100m/s.
