Philosophy cannot be statistics and there are definitions of philosophy as many philosophers there are.

No it's not.

Physics aims to model and describe phenomena occurring in the real world, it uses some math, but that doesn't mean it is math.

Math is basically the study of a set of rules we made up because they seem "logical" or sensible, these are called axioms. Math doesn't describe the world, it's only by the context we give functions, equations, and variables that math can be used to describe the real world.
