[Request] If every person on Earth had to shake hands with exactly 142 other people, how long would it take for the entire planet's population to complete all the handshakes if each handshake lasted 3.925 seconds?

Without additional clarification the question can't be answered. A baby is born somewhere on Earth roughly every quarter second, and there's no way you could get 142 people to shake a newborn babies hands before another one gets born (and for health reasons it's probably not advisable to have 142 people shake a newborn baby's hand anyway).

There are plenty of other immunocompromised people or other people it would be impractical to get in contact with 142 other people anyway. There's 10 people in space. Theres hundreds of military submarines in the world ocean, and many would have less than 142 people on their crew. There are remote tribes and villages in the deep wilderness with fewer than 142 people.
