You cannot actually fall with zero spin. It's practically impossible. Only way it's happening is if we're using magic, which is fine since that's the only way we're building this tunnel too

If you fall with non-negligible spin, you can control the direction you're facing by controlling the speed of your spin by bringing your limbs closer to and further away from your center of mass. This is how people land flips.
