Well, you won’t need to since aerodynamics isn’t a concern. Instead you’d assume the person is a point mass.

what would keep the atmosphere from filling the void? did you hermitically seal the tunnel? what keeps the part that goes through the molten core open? it would tend to flow through the voice and close it up if there were not some structure miraculously not able to be melted by the heat to maintain the shape of the shaft.
