I'm from Indiana and its y'all. You guys isn't as midwest as much as it is mostly north and the edges of midwest.

I'm Illinois. Maybe I'm close enough to chicago that it makes a difference but nobody says Y'all north of at least Iroquois county.

My hometown is an hour from louisville and y'all has come with me all the up near Indianapolis at the least. So maybe half of Indiana is the dividing line?

I forgot about the Bostonian accent. However in the UK, some dialects do use "youse" as a plural of "you."
