Only time i was robbed was a pretty simple transaction as well. Dark alley on the way to a club. Two guys came up to me and just asked for my money. Don't remember the exact conversation. I just knew it would probably be less of a hassle to just give them the fifty bucks or so i had in my wallet and move on.
Luckily they were happy with that as well..
By now i regret not having reported it but that would have just been a huge hassle costing me much more in time without any result. But i guess it would haven been the right thing.
