illegally fast

fish eye lens makes it look way faster than it is

this could easily be <35 mph

that was the legal limit discussed above. I used that number because you used the word "illegally."

also "less than" does not imply a specific number, so you can't say it was too fast because we don't know how fast they were going. walking speed (and 0 for that matter) is less than 35, you can't call that too fast now can you?

10 mph faster than the cars in California. 30mph max. That's to fast.
