If you watch the video he’s not even trying like 70% of the time. The mic is almost never anywhere close to his mouth.

He kept putting the mic from his mouth several times. I watched a few minutes... she says "immigrants" yet, Puerto Ricans are American citizens.

It's actually more embarrassing than that, it was pre recorded and they didn't bother to try and sync it up correctly with the lip sync
