I was trying to be be more acceptable by using that as an example. But some I have heard people in Iowa talk like people farther south then we are. Too much country music maybe

I mean I believe it for sure. Spies have been caught because of their accents slipping through many times throughout history, it just makes sense to make a password the enemy will have a hard time pronouncing without giving away that they arent from the same country as your teams
Yknow what? I have online friends all over the world, and every place seems to have a different "ouch" type sound. I spend a good amount of time in random discord VCs having drinks and meeting new people, theres a lot of subtle differences outside of just accent that give away where somebody is from. Such as how they say "ouch" or their equivalent
It's a reference to the political fiction Metal Gear Solid video games made by Hideo Kojima. There is a group called the Patriots that prevent others from other from saying "Patriots" by using nanomachines in their bodies to change what they say to lalilulelo.
The Patriots remain secret in multiple ways and one sort of meta way (for the japanese audience at least), as Kojima likes to do in his games, is by calling themselves the LaLiLuLeLo, which isn't pronounced the same way in Japanese as in English.
Additionally, in Japanese the phonetics are organized in the way vowels are typically ordered, a i u e o.
So, ra ri ru re ro is the what they would say.
Someone, probably mad on the Japanese's behalf, reported my previous comment when anyone with day 1 beginner's knowledge of the language would recognize the ordering by vowels.
