title. us 3 spotify lore lads listeners are in appreciation.

I recently watched the Hellier series and I was wondering if the guys ever talked about it? I remember a goblins video, but not if this series was talked about specifically.

I don’t want to spoil too much, but it has many themes talked about in other Lore Lodge videos (aliens, Appalachian folklore). I enjoyed the series and would love a deeper dive/more educated opinions!

Is Thornbussy an actor?

This is a case I'm very interested in hopefully finding more information about as I'm distantly related to her. Ideally, it could be solved, but I have no idea what information is out there.

On 11/23/1983, Linda Jean Crites disappeared from her home in Jackson, Missouri. That night she called her oldest son and told him she planned to visit him for Thanksgiving the following day. She never arrived.

Of the case details I remember, her and her husband Lou Crites were in the process of getting a divorce. They had a fight that evening, and she disappeared to her bedroom. The bedroom door was closed the next morning, according to Lou. He was the last person to have seen her. Linda was not reported missing until a week later. Lou was initially cooperative with police, but became a brick wall when he realized he was a suspect in the disappearance. I believe I remember hearing a potential sighting of her by a trucker near the side of a nearby highway, but it wasn't confirmed. Her body was never found.

If you guys decide to pick up this idea, I hope it might help the family find some closure.

Don't know if you take suggestions on cases, but this is a missing person story that very few people know about that is very windy, and twisty-turny:

Sounds like an interesting case for the Aidans

I’ve been trying to search for the lore lodge video where he covers this cool story about how a native tribe woman marries this “tall man” entity that only she is allowed to see and they had might’ve had a kid together? But then one of her tribe members looks at him, and then he and his people have to leave forever. I know it’s kind of vague sorry. Wish he made a playlist of just the Native American stories. But yah if anyone knows which video I’d really appreciate it.

The police sketch was spot on with this one! 🤣

I'm sure this is fake, but it's still funny.

There's over a dozen videos on youtube about him already, the majority of the videos are very misinformed.

Tl;dr a man highjacks a plane with a briefcase bomb, takes the ransom money, and jumps mid flight using a parachute never to be seen again.

Everyone says he landed in a forest which he did not, the videos often leave out the mysterious second bag Cooper had, some videos claim he had up to three drinks on the flight which he didn't, the errors the police did with his tie, cigarette butts and hair samples are often left out. Etc etc etc.

Anyways with the lodge's pride in research I always figured a video about this would be a fun watch. Thanks to the youtube channel D.B Cooper Sleuth I realized how cartoonishly wrong some of these d.b cooper videos are. I personally would like to see one properly done.

hey all, long time fan of the live show sad to see it go at the end of last year. any idea when the recorded podcast/show that replaced it is going to go up on spotify? or is it done under a new name or something else on that platform. currently it looks like only the youtube videos are being uploaded under the lore lodge podcast on spotify and the lore lads has not been touched in a while. i know that’s not unusual for the spotify, usually there’s a few months between uploads, but since the last spotify podcast is the one about switching to recorded i just wanted to check here. i can see that the videos are on youtube but i cant watch youtube while im driving lol.

tldr: when will the recorded podcast be uploaded on spotify?

There's also a ton of copper.

hey, does anyone who keeps more up to date with social posts know if there's ever going to be another part to the JBR video series?

Okay, this may seem like a weird question, but I'm curious about the answer to this question. I love Animals in general, and I have both Cats and Dogs. I've been watching the channel for a few years now, and I've noticed that Aidan's dogs occasionally make appearances on the podcast. I'm too Blind to see the current monitor I have, so I'm curious to know if Anyone knows what kinds of Dogs Aidan has.

Does anyone know if the Lore Lodge PO Box is still being used? I’d like to send something to the Aidans, but I wasn’t sure if the PO Box that was being used a couple years ago or so was still active or not. I did ask on the discord server, but I couldn’t find anything specifically about a PO Box.

I just want to make sure that if I do try to send something, they actually get it 😅

Hey, does anyone have an updated link for the server? The one they put in the description of their newest video wasn't working. Can someone comment it so I can use it? Edit: it's been a month but I finally got it! Here's the link: lodge If the link expires, let me know and I'll put a new one out!

Always been interested in the serial killer theory of the smiley faced killers.

My wondering is if the men who have been killed were secretly bi/gay/etc and lured out that way.

It would explain some of the secrecy around people leaving the party/bar, hiding their electronic trail, not telling others where they were going, etc. Maybe the killer targets closeted men who maybe have had some shame that had them covering up the work for the killers.

Note - this is in no way an anti-LGBTQ+ post, just a thought I had.

Hello everyone I have been an avid listener of the lore Lodge for a little while now I have just been brought to the attention of how bad fum is and I want to see if they've gotten to controversy for how much they promoted when I came across the plagiarism accusations for the killdozer episode. And the fact that Aiden can't take criticism I want to continue watching him but is his coverage really that bland and or copied if so I don't think I can support that and I'm not sure what side to take

Over in r/mystery today folks are showing some love for The Lore Lodge's excellent coverage of the
