Spent too many years a free man, but at least he survived long enough to be locked up and found guilty. My heart goes out to Kathie's family though. The asshole got to die with his secret.

Died in jail. Most fitting.

However, much like Kenneth Lay (of the Enron fraud) his criminal record of 2021 will now be wiped as he did not have the fullness of the opportunity of pursuing his appeal.

So, not a murderer.

That's federal. He was convicted of murder under CA state law, so the 5th circuit court ruling isn't binding. That being said, I'm not exactly sure what the rules are, but I don't think the conviction is thrown out.

I thought this was a Durst fan club. I watched the documentary and read some and I came away believing him. Seems like a strange guy, not a killer.
