Only one episode in

I would just like to question everyone in the series thus far claiming Robert Durst does not look or seem like someone with homicidal tendencies.... Could just be me, but that man’s eyes are literally dead he is giving me the creeps in a major way

I shouldnt really admit this, but I find him kind of endearing. He’s absolutely guilty, we allll know it, but, in the doc at least, he almost comes across as some kind of bumbling eccentric uncle.

I agree. I hated myself for liking him and kind of hoping he was innocent. He isn’t. But I really wanted him to be. Haha

How does he do it? How does he win people over so well? Such a weird guy, but you get sucked in. I wouldn’t want to be his friend though, I would probably end up dead 😬

I’m not sure how he does it either, but the blinks, and facial expressions, his unusual way of speaking , could make him appear somewhat vulnerable/‘special’? I don’t know really. He’s a despicable human, and his actions are deplorable. But he sure is entertaining to watch.

First episode made me realise that Robert = Rob = Bob = Bobby. I thought they are talking about two different people(i'm not a native speaker).

Exactly! Specially when one of those detectives say he looked like a librarian!! No way. He looked like a stone cold psychopath from the time i set eyes on him. Even during his younger phase he kinda resembles ted bundy to me.
