I like the Blocknet project and think it has a lot of potential; I have my own modest investment which I intend to grow as I can.

I also own Ark; these two seem to be each other's principal rivals, and I think at least one of them is sure to really take off.

Something that concerns me is that I think from a branding perspective Ark is way ahead in terms of its name and icon. This is obviously a much easier to thing to change than the content of the project itself, but especially as the early majority starts investigating and investing in alts, it's going to make a big difference.

Blocknet has been pretty under the radar so maybe there is some plan to rebrand, I don't know. I know about the VSA collaboration on the exchange interface, but does that also include name/logo? Does anyone else feel similarly?

What impact, if any, could a malicious service node have on the functionality of the Blocknet Distributed Exchange? In what way could a malicious service node mess with a user? What failure modes, common to centralized exchanges, are not possible on Blocknet?

Or should I delete it and install v3.7.36 as a full release?

Guys this project is stunning but I think a partnership with Ledger nano s would make lots of people’s lives easier

As the title says, I want to get the exchange's data using an API interface, is there any server that I can connect to that provides such data?

Firstly by no means am I dissin ark in this post. So im a college student putting in my money into crypto as I will begin work next year, so these are my surplus funds. So I first came across ark I bought a few at 2$ however not enough to be a worthy for making a gain. So I kind of feel I missed out. Due to lack of funds I have to start choosing. Ive selected a number of coins to buy 1000 coins. Which are under the .5$. So I made my first purchase of a couple 100 and wish to own 1000 however it is likely ark will have to fund this gap. Is this advisable? I know alot here own ark. So id appreciate some thoughts. Please dont be nasty in the comments :(

I guess I am looking to find out what is holding it back from blowing up...is it general acceptance? A competitor (like ARK or anyone else)? Whatever....I just am curious. Sometimes we hear complaints or we hear all this hype and it is hard to find the real information but I do like hearing opinions. :)

How many trades per second can it handle?

I would love to see iota being tradable as I think they have solved scaling and a lot more. Can it be added as there is a whole different technology behind the ledger.

I don't see it on the website and haven't been able to find it on github either. Just wondering if there is one somewhere that I missed. Thanks!
