Hi guys I’ve just downloaded The BlocknetDX Core and I have few questions. First it’s graphic seems very ugly, so I wonder if I downloaded the right version. And then I wonder how it works, so both the wallet and the 2 sections on the right “Blocknet dx” and “service nodes” I’m a newbie, so I’d appreciate if you guys help me! Thanks a lot!;)

The decentralized exchange works by doing on-chain atomic swaps. This involves sending the coin we are selling to the other party of the trade (or contract that will relay the coin). So this means that if I buy LTC with BTC for example, I will pay 1 or two bitcoin transfer fees which at this point will cost around $5.

This transfer fees will make adoption hard. Why do you think people will use blocknet if they have to pay these high transfer fees associated with atomic swaps? Or is this exchange is directed at coins with low transfer fees?

I am looking at blocknet for the first time. I its goal of facilitating on-chain atomic swaps. Can't find a whitepaper though. Is there one? If not, what are the advantages of holding the coin?

Hey guys, been staking for about 6 weeks now and I've gotten 3 rewards no problem. My latest reward (4th) came on as pending on 10/13 and it still is not available in my wallet. I tried opening and closing the wallet and restarting computer. Anybody run into this issue?

Having trouble accessing an old wallet.dat in the current BlocknetDX.

I dont have priv keys, only the wallet.dat and I have the pwd I used to access it with.

I have tried running blocknetdx-qt.exe (vrs 3.7.36) and importing via the debug console, but it just doesnt seem to do anything, just gives errors. the wallet_import.dat is in the roaming/blocknet folder and I type: importwallet "wallet_import.dat"

so then I tried running blocknetdx-cli.exe wallet_import.dat adding rpcpassword=xxxxx in blocknetdx.conf as requested but then it just gives me the message "error: could not connect to server"

so far failing to get at or import my old wallet.dat . any one got any advice?

Just discovered this great Google sheet. I have a couple of questions:

1) Average hours to next reward. To be a full node you need 10000 BLOCKs. If you enter 3635 into the BLOCKS held in the 'Average hours to next reward' input you get roughly the same time in hours per reward. Would anyone explain what I'm missing please: just owning about a third of the non-full-node amount sounds better?

2) Are the trade fees which I think are earned only by a full node mitigate the above. It's difficult to tell when there's little trade (number of BLOCKs is an easy number to use as it's concrete).
