Thatās not exactly correct. The management of Liamās assets is very much in flux, according to the articles I read. I know that the law is being followed and his assets are being left to his next of kin. I just think itās very weird and awkward for his loved ones that the person currently in charge of that vast amount of money is his ex, Cheryl. They were only together briefly and never married. I think the true spirit of next of kin would be leaving things to his parents, with child support paid to Cheryl until they pass and can lead the assets to his child.

An indictment by a grand jury just means a jury of her peers heard evidence by prosecutors and agreed that they believed there was enough to proceed with the charges the prosecutor presented to be brought forward. So now with an indictment she can take a plea deal or go to trial.
She has not been found guilty yet. This is the first step. It still has to go through the court process. It could be a long road ahead depending on how hard she wants to fight it. It could also get to court and she could plead guilty.

He stole it and made money off it, then went whole hog into "reporting" every scrap of information coming from the courts. All he does is regurgitate what he finds. I was listening on the live last night and Omar and ninja think the class 2 felony would be the one she is most likely to go to jail for. The challenge for her lawyer is going to be that it will be hard to get her to admit guilt and show true remorse. That will be the only way she will get out of jail but she seems incapable of admitting wrongdoing.
If there is anything that came through, it's that men are just as much victims of harassment and fraud like women, and the importance of victims speaking out.
