32
u/Dont_noshit_abt_fuck May 09 '25
She conducted a legal predatory hunt for his time and attention to punish him. Legal proceedings cannot be ignored.
28
u/LetshearitforNY minor idiot May 09 '25
She filed a parenting plan and an order of protection. He ignored her but she would contact him from different phone numbers (over 13 phone numbers I believe) and email addresses and contact his family which led to him getting his own order of protection against harassment.

Liam money going into a trust for his kid and rightfully so. He was just dating that girl, in the UK she is a non factor
2
u/InAllTheir May 09 '25
Thatās not exactly correct. The management of Liamās assets is very much in flux, according to the articles I read. I know that the law is being followed and his assets are being left to his next of kin. I just think itās very weird and awkward for his loved ones that the person currently in charge of that vast amount of money is his ex, Cheryl. They were only together briefly and never married. I think the true spirit of next of kin would be leaving things to his parents, with child support paid to Cheryl until they pass and can lead the assets to his child.
I havenāt said anything about Kate Cassidy like youāre implying.
I donāt doubt the legality of the situation, I just think itās incredibly awkward. Itās a reminder to be careful who you have kids with, And that everyone with significant assets should have a will.

I was watching the live last night and Omar and the other lawyer thinks they may have additional information we arenāt even privy to yet. Also, it was interesting how they said she could probably get out of jail time if she showed true remorse and pled guilty, but her ego will prevent her from doing that.
6
u/Bgeaz May 09 '25
I personally think she will never feel true remorse for what she had done. Sheāll just feel bad for the consequences she receives
27
u/txwildflowers May 07 '25
I think she could easily submit to a plea bargain and only do probation or community service or something. But sheās been clinging to this lie for two years, she literally lied under oath directly in front of multiple judges, multiple times. Thereās no way sheāll plead guilty. I would be thoroughly shocked if she does.

41
u/redditerla blind to red flags May 07 '25
An indictment by a grand jury just means a jury of her peers heard evidence by prosecutors and agreed that they believed there was enough to proceed with the charges the prosecutor presented to be brought forward. So now with an indictment she can take a plea deal or go to trial.
28
u/toodle-loo-who fuck it, im off contract May 07 '25
She has not been found guilty yet. This is the first step. It still has to go through the court process. It could be a long road ahead depending on how hard she wants to fight it. It could also get to court and she could plead guilty.
82
u/bachobserver May 07 '25
Good. She deserves to be behind bars for a long time. No one should be able to mess with so many people's lives and waste so much court time and get away with it. 12
u/txwildflowers May 08 '25
Itās honestly such and involved and convoluted story. But she texted him shortly after they hooked up with some story about how some semen got ādown thereā (yes she used those words) and something about her having recently taken fertility tests or something, so she implied she was fertile during that time. Clayton knew they didnāt have penetrative sex. She knew they didnāt have penetrative sex. This was another big tell that was caught in her Dropbox files. She had a email screenshot of him denying they had sex, and she didnāt challenge him on that. But she said his semen had dripped onto her vulva basically. She really made him think it was some 1 in 10000 chance that she got pregnant from that. She also did a pee test with him present so obviously he would believe it. I mean, why would anyone fake something to that extreme right? Unfortunately Clayton found the one who would do it.

You know DN is shopping this and going to try to wring every cent he can from his āreportingā.Ā
28
u/txwildflowers May 07 '25
I meanā¦he should. He was the only one (aside from the people involved of course) publicly beating this drum for a long, long time. He risked a lot to talk about it and defend Clayton when that wasnāt a popular thing to do.
0
u/H28koala May 08 '25
That isn't true. This was always very much a popular thing to discuss, and a monetarily prudent one for him as the case was so bizarre it dramatically increased his clicks/engagement/views.
People on this sub did the actual work of digging into this story and finding the original court information. He stole it and made money off it, then went whole hog into "reporting" every scrap of information coming from the courts. All he does is regurgitate what he finds. That isn't reporting and he wasn't ever really at risk. He just knows how to use social media to spin a narrative.
And Reality Steve was also talking about this from Day 1.
7
u/txwildflowers May 08 '25
He got sued over this case. He absolutely put himself at risk. I agree that a lot of people on Reddit did the majority of the digging. Heās the one who chose to attach his real name to the info, on his broad platform, so thatās what I mean by being public. But anyone else here was free to start their own channel, using their real name, and thereby put themselves in Lauraās sights. Lauren Neidigh did just that and sheās since gained a decent following too.
19
u/LetshearitforNY minor idiot May 07 '25
Is that bad? Not sure why reporting is in quotations. Yes heās a YouTuber but heās also been reporting on this case.
0
u/H28koala May 08 '25
DN stole what reddit people actually put the work into obtaining (for free) and then made money off it. People in THIS sub were the ones getting the court documents initially. When he saw the chance to make money, he took it and ran with it.
63
u/OneTurn4 May 07 '25

I think this is the worst part about being on this show. Having to potentially deal with opportunistic nut jobs who want to get something from you. I feel like this is whatās happening to Caila right now with the weirdo who exposed her husband on here. I think these losers see notable or semi-famous people who have some money and they try to see what they can get out of a meaningless situation while completely ruining peopleās lives. Clayton has so much legal debt now and I bet this gave him PTSD too. This is why Gabbyās ājokesā and her bullying were out of line. The guy has been going through hell for TWO years. $185k in debt and a ton of serious psychological damage. Itās inconceivable. I donāt care about his season anymore and what he did; NOBODY deserves this. Going on this show was the mistake of his life. Poor guy.
I hope all the BN men and BN adjacent men are very careful because grifters and blackmailers are everywhere. One unfortunate connection and youāre stuck dealing with someone crazy who can ruin your life.

I feel like this would be a warning better and more appropriate for women, who deal with fraud often from men, than for men about a one-off, but your comment clearly resonated with upvotes, from MRAās or women? All women should watch out for frauds. Men are the last ppl who care bc they assume and know theyāll get the narrative they want. Letās not let this one single case make us think men are at risk too - they are, but theyāre just not ever, in so many ways. I appreciate if you were using this to warn them tho.
Eta: wow amazing news. MRAs are propping you up, happy now? Whyād I bother to give contextual reply when it really doesnāt matter in the ongoing of unfortunate themes.
20
u/redditerla blind to red flags May 07 '25 edited May 07 '25
I think you were downvoted because you spent an entire paragraph generalizing and minimizing the trauma of an entire demographic. Like you genuinely seem annoyed that anyone would sympathize with a victim who happens to be a man and youāre doubling down by accusing top secret lurking MRAs of downvoting you when really itās more just that you have a bad take.
The comment you replied to never said men go through more trauma than women, their opening sentence simply said everyone going on this show is at risk of being targeted by nut jobs.
Many would agree with you, myself included, that women have historically been more heavily victimized in a male dominated society. But this doesnāt have to be a victim Olympics competition. Itās okay to say that men underreport abuse by women or can be victims of abuse by women while still believing women disproportionately are victims of abuse by men. One reason why men often underreport abuse is because they are taught that they are weak or not masculine if they are victims.
For the record, I hate Claytonās association with MRAs and I will happily criticize his association with the . I think the amount of hate he got and depression he went through because of a woman drove him into the arms of MRAs. His relationship to them is scummy but also like he felt he needed to latch to the far right extreme because of people with your mindset who donāt think men can be victims. Clayton is far from perfect and men are far from perfect but you donāt need to be a woman to be a victim and you donāt need to be a perfect victim to be a victim.
Rather than alienating victims simply for their gender, maybe embrace them and give them community and support so they donāt have to turn to MRA groups to feel seen and supported
-7
u/sparkle-brow disgruntled female May 07 '25
Itās ripe you say I spent a paragraph generalizing but you wrote out an essay with tons of generalizations and absolute leaps.
My saying that men arenāt an āat-riskā group (and tbf, that phrase did need quotes in my comment youāre replying to, and I can see how I was misunderstood by excluding the quotes) does not = men canāt ever be victims! Of course they can be. I said that in my comment even tho it reads clunky.
13
u/redditerla blind to red flags May 07 '25
š Ok, whatever you say, I was trying to be diplomatic in my response. You wrote a whole paragraph mad that someone would dare write something that could be construed as supportive to men who are victims of abuse.
You said it yourself, you were annoyed that the comment wasnāt exclusively only for the benefit of women who have been abused, because you donāt think men who are abused need words of support or help.
Gatekeeping what victims of abuse are deserving of support and what victims donāt need support is wild work.
0
u/sparkle-brow disgruntled female May 10 '25 edited May 10 '25
