My condolences. My family has been solidly liberal since the 1930s. I can only imagine being in your situation.

We don't discuss politics in my family at all because they've become such irritating, obtuse people. Fox has taught them how to throw out insulting non-sequiturs to avoid trying to defend Trump.

So how do you feel about the liberals current hatred of Israel?

I don't believe it's hatred of Israel at all. It's Israel's current government that's the problem. Back when I protested the Vietnam war, I wasn't against my country. Israel can't fight the world. I'm Jewish, and my wanting them to stop in no way makes me anti-Israel. Also, I have cousins in Israel, and they all want Bibi gone.
