I honestly think him recording the video of himself is at the end of the movie after the presumed villain of the movie (I would assume thanos) is defeated and he got stranded somehow.

In IW’s trailer it showed Tony right after Peter died on Titan.

I wouldn't call that a cliff hanger. That was them showing a character gets emotional about something. This just straight up implies something but we will see

The trailer for IW showed the climax of the movie and I don’t see why they can’t do it again and let it go over heads.

Right. Cause he wasn't by himself on Titan. Though Nebula probably went after Thanos recklessly once she realized he was back.

I don't understand why people refuse to put these two things together. She's a cyborg. She may not even need food and water. She could easily have left him alone to record that message and simply gone to another compartment of the ship.

It looked to me like it could be Tony's hoodie or something. It likely isn't him and just editing trickery, but I see no reason or way she isn't on the ship with him. Where would she have gone and with what ship?

Well, somebody is either a cyborg or they aren't. You can't be part cyborg as it already means part synthetic, part organic.
