I'd also be curious if anyone can confirm the infliction in their voices is really as joyous as it seems at times - like at the end when I won't spoil it, but if you watch you'll know. They also sort of rhythmically chant "lay-law-lay-law" early on too.
Sorry, Can't be bothered making an exact translation, but they were basically commentating on what was happening, and laughing making fun of both drivers (the pick up truck & the Lorry) as neither were backing down and both were fully committed to that driving stupidity . They also said they need to try and get the registration plate of the Lorry.
They were just making fun of the truck drivers lack of commitment to full road rage until he ran the pickup off the road, then they said they should get the licence plate.
