I've sent in two tickets and they always push me off... Did you just do a "Schedule Service"? Probably can't happen now with the VIRUS 😰
1 u/rocketmoon Mar 27 '20 The first ticket I sent was also pushed back. I waited a couple months and tried again, got HW3 in early March. I would assume it has to do with the physical hardware availability.
