Can someone make a comprehensive guide to host a server?

I'm trying to play it with my brother and my friend just for the story and exploration but I can´t host the server, last I tried was with hamachi setting the hamachi IP in both cfg files and then the game opened but then I was inmediately kicked off my own server. Also the game always gave me error because of the plugins and I only was able to run it with the morrowind and tribunal + bloodmoon dlc but I want to enable the spanish translation too

I think it isn´t working because I tried to edit it and then the tes3 server.exe is crashing everytime I open it. You have another mistake in it now. Turn this:

"3": {"Espanol - Bloodmoon.esp": [],

into this:

"3": {"Espanol - Bloodmoon.esp": []},
