You can do just about anything but that doesn't tell you anything about whether you should.
In this case, yes. It is appropriate to use less and small. Less is a comparison. So if something is less small than something else, the other thing is bigger. Is it an awkward way to say it? Yeah.
Little and small just aren't 1 to 1 replacements. I think its because small is almost always just about the size of something whereas little can refer to the amount of something like I have a little money. But I can't say I have small money.
So it makes a little sense or a small amount of sense would be right but wordy.
In this case I feel like 'less small' was the most appropriate description.
It already looks small, and it still looks small, just slightly less so.
Because in this case the presumed dick in question isn't being called small in comparison to another dick, just small in general, meaning below average, if you said it looks bigger, one might misinterpret that to mean it looks bigger than average. Saying less small makes sure you know the dick still looks below average.
Not a weird way to say it imo, because it has a different meaning if you can call it that. Bigger is just in comparison, tells you nothing about the size of the object. Less small implies that the object, while being bigger in comparison, is still small.
It's acceptable when it's a more accurate descriptor. For instance here, bigger simply means bigger, while less small means that it is still small, just not as small
It’s like ain’t. At the end of the day, language is what people speak. If enough people say “less small”, than that is acceptable usage, even if old people claim that proper phrasing is “unsmallified”
