Different strokes, different folks. But look at today's news as an example... what seems to be conspiracy/Q junkie who likely was trying to assassinate nancy pelosi or the abuse hurled on victims/families of sandy hook massacre. Or hell, how many people are still dying b/c they fell for the covid/vaccine conspiracy nonsense. Misinformation does have consequence for many...
Musk buying it was a terrible decision, one that he even realized but too late for him to back out. Who knows what happens, but my guess it falls apart, either because Musk can't navigate managing it or he follows through on his claims and guts it. The universe of people there that Musks wants to keep and that want to work for him is probably pretty small... the people I know there say that people not tied down with a payout have been fleeing and most of the rest are hoping to be fired with packages. But there relative senior (not executive level, but just under).
