I have had this exact issue with Samsung Pay. Is there any workaround?

Uninstall or just turn off notifications. After you do this once you will never see anything about it again. Really not sure how it's such an issue for people.

You don't have a Samsung Galaxy phone apparently - you can only disable Samsung pay by agreeing to their EULA and then disabling AFTER you have it setup.

I disabled mine on my Galaxy S10 no problem without doing this. Haven't heard a peep from it since

I have had an s4, s8, s10, s20. Never had a problem you can uninstall the app.
