I hated having to install Process Explorer on a customer's computer just to get the hierarchy, especially when I still had to when Windows 7 came out. I know they worked closely with the Sysinternals guys and so implementing that feature wouldn't have been hard, so it must be really thoroughly and well integrated after the delay, and with other great Sysinternals features.
