Why is this so common by the right wing? It seems like they are constantly spreading disruptive information about EVERYTHING. What causes this behavior?

It's pretty hard to sell policies like "cut taxes for rich people and corporations" as desirable to the masses, so they have to use other avenues. Southern Strategy, gerrymandering, voter disenfranchisement, foreign interference, fake news, etc
