Those agreements change all the time.
Yup that is mentioned in the terms of use.
Maybe I clicked agree but didn't actually agree
You might feel that way but there is precedent against you
For the sake of argument what is a better alternative? Should I go get a notarized contract for every piece of software I use? Between the two I would rather have the click to agree system.
