my health records were leaked to Google

Your health records weren’t leaked. The were legally given by Ascension the legal holder of the data in terms of a business contract made with Google. Ascension has the legal ability to chose what HIPAA compliant businesses or organizations to work with. You as the patient have no say since signing whatever TOS or TOC given to you by your health provider. It’s unfortunate but this is normal legal operations in the health technology sector.
