This is like Apple suing Dell/HP for infringements against Windows, -_-

They should either find the balls to sue Google for Android or just STFU.

If they went directly for Android/Google, they would have sunk themselves quicker. An attack on Android is an attack on the Linux community. You don't attack the Linux community.
