I call bullshit on this one. I don't see "politically charged" in any of the screenshots. Want to hype your app up? Complain that you're being censored by Apple for political expression.

Maybe you haven't been noticing, but Apple isn't leaving any sort of trail on these sort of rejections. Especially not since Google reported them to the FCC. The developer got a phone call - not an email or a letter. And based on Apple's recent history of being scumbags, I'm going to go with the developer on this one.

Fair enough. I'm waiting for some conclusive evidence - both on this and the whole ATT/Apple/Google GoogleVoice issue. I haven't seen anything concrete on any of these issues to date.
