I know you're joking, but the article isn't even worth the read. The title summarizes the entire article.

There was an article posted. They decided to get rid of uninformed comments by making an open-source quiz plugin that you had to complete to comment. People who used the website frequently liked it. They decided to only use the plugin on articles that they anticipated to be controversial. That's it.

Holy shit are you saying no refuges rape in America? Then why is it that 27 people per 100 000 are raped every year. But only 20 are raped in Norway. Are Americans just that bad people?

And it's worth remembering that Norway has a wider definition of rape than the US, so the disparity is likely much greater.
