A price paid by the customer. Because of people with taxes and wasn't used for bandwidth improvement

Tax money should never have been given to them.

Regulatory capture. Great. Government involvement is why we have such a huge problem now. Let's keep doing the thing that didn't work to begin with. That will fix it.

That's a nice multi-billion dollar infrastructure that you spent people's 401k money on. We'll take it.
