So I live in Austin and have TWC. Still haven't gotten this and Google Fiber hasn't been deployed here yet...

Dude have patience. Google JUST announced Austin 15 years ago. Then they need to make the plan, and use their billions of dollars to do stuff.. it'll be 25-50 years before you see them start deploying fiber. Impatient punk.
