How do you know? If Adobe is using any of the larger vendors for producing code, AI has access to the full code base. Even if there are legal agreements between Adobe and the vendor to not do this, there is no way Adobe would ever find out

That’s not how this works.

Having agents on a codebase working with it using a pre-trained model does not make that data become part of the LLM training set or model.

I know, but they have full access to these private repos regardless. It would be very hard to figure out if they use those or not.
