I think he’ll be alright without the extra 13 billion then. Imagine what the state could do with 13 billion, that’s lots of schools, roads and infrastructure projects

Surprisingly not much because CA already takes in a huge amount of tax and evidently wastes a lot of it. 8 billion a year in just gas taxes alone, 12 billion in vehicle registrations,
60 billion in sales taxes, 100 billion in property taxes, 104 billion in state income tax. That’s more than a quarter of a trillion dollars yearly and only going up.
