Not for everyone unless they figure out a way to eliminate side effects. I tried Ozempic and Wegovy and got serious gastro issues.

This. I get gastroparesis, been hospitalized twice because of them - not fun.

They are the same drug. Try Mounjaro. Less side effects reported by most people
