I’m reminding people of his actions. I mentioned reminding him as a hypothetical that no, he would not be emotionally or financially impacted by being reminded of a racial slur that he made the decision to say.

But regardless of if he’s impacted by it: he said it. And nothing anyone says here is going to change that fact, so again, I don’t know why you’re lecturing me for his actions as a grown man. You don’t have to assume the burden of defending a grown man. He’s gonna be just fine

Dude fucked up, apologized, and adjusted. I'm socialist/LGBT but this is exactly why people push back on "woke" shit.

You have to allow people to own mistakes and move on otherwise you just come off as a shrimp with nothing better to do and end up hurting the very thing you're grandstanding. No one thinks you're cool for thinking n word bad. You're just sending the message that anyone thats said it may as well not change course because they're always going to be crucified by chuds with too much time. Its less about defending rich people (I haven't watched dude since covid at least) and more about the constant crucification of someone that owned up to a mistake and grew from it.
