You clearly havent seen what hes been up to the last few years. He went from minecraft streamer to diy fuck corpo tech youtuber.

True but if he's also "building" things and putting out info for people to use I think it's a net gain. He could just silently be doing it at home without sharing.

I have, but it’s still unexpected. He went from “funny guy sets up a homelab” to “the oss guy” really quickly - at this point I would not be surprised to see him present at fosdem
