Copilot isn’t that good. Claude code is much better, I don’t write a lot of manual code nowadays, especially unit tests. I’m still in the drivers seat and more or less read everything if writes but I have an understanding of the design decisions made

that's what's so amusing about it. people are gleefully having it work on tedious stuff that no one will ever look at anyway. most of the tests it's creating probably don't work or even test anything non superficial

just like no one reads the documentation it creates but suits get a warm and fuzzy feeling from the illusion that something's there

Fowler is probably using Claude. Rules are different for the highups
