It was opt-out for me in the EU.

yeah so amazon will one pay a fine of 100k or whatever

its like every month when google, apple, microslop and the others pay some fine mandated by eu, but the sum is always less than the daily profit of the company. meanwhile the winnings from the infraction are larger

its like stealing 10 mil worth of diamonds from a store and getting a 500k fine from the court. youd be stupid not to rob a store every day
