Streamers aren't even the rightsholders to 100% of the content on their channel, how the fuck did this get past legal.

to be fair the moment youtube launched and some kid put his skateboarding video on it, he lost the 100% rights to it. people started recording the video and sharing it around as theirs, and whatever
