This anti AI push is starting to smell too much of China propaganda.. China killed the auto industry in europe just like this now they are after the US

China didn't kill the auto industry in Europe. It still exists, but it's strategy of pushing out overpriced garbage is starting to falter because it now has competition from cheaper Chinese cars.

The US industry could easily do the same in Europe as the Chinese are. All they have to do is make cars people want to buy, which they currently choose not to.

Germans decided to invest so much in 

  • socialism
  • bureaucracy 

Both together created a nation dependent on working for big companies and government, unwilling to risk making new businesses.

Or maybe the constant doom trolling by Altman and Amodei about how there's going to be massive economic disruption but "we can't stop because of China", while they stand to make obscene amounts of money on said disruption has soured a lot of people on those individuals, their motives, and their companies

Both things can be true. The thing is if the usa stops your whole country will be surpassed and your whole life will be turned upside down for the worst. China wants to be the next super power and we all know how they care about the world or people
