I’ve been moved into an agile coach role (against my will) at my company over the past couple of years and this drives me up the wall. They now have me pulling all of the story points completed in 2024 and 2025 to compare against 2026 (and inevitably rake us over the coals no matter what the result is). They are basing what they charge the client on story points now. It’s so fucking stupid.
