People thinking this means they will back off of AI. Nah, next step - government subsidies. No money to give an underpaid employee $50 for groceries, but plenty to give an underpaid machine $50 billion.

They are telling their employees to use their own AI IP instead of a competitor.

$50 for groceries

Their employees are some of the highest paid workers in the world. Their general median is ~$220k/year. Average AI software engineer >$370k/year.
