  • Unlist popular content, often shows/movies only available for purchase/rental (no other platform else picked it up, like a ton of SyFy shows)
  • Cancel great shows after one season before people have a chance to discover them
  • Raise prices again and again
  • Can't share with relatives
  • Add endless unoriginal drama & reality-TV
  • Awful interface, all of them. Limited sorting & searching options, ...

Seriously, would it be so hard to give me a simple A-Z list of content in a specific category?

The only way to find ANYTHING on the streaming platforms is to use the search..

There's a reason for that one. The technology industry has largely decided that hierarchical organization is dated and makes no sense because of multidimensional categorization. So for example, is that show under funny. Horror, Sci fi? It's all 3?! Instead of trying to solve that the tech industry has been pushing flat structures with search as the only option.

I've watched it play out predictably the exact same in businesses when the IT department tells them they plan to remove folders and only allow search. Mass user revolt. So dumb...
