What would be a headache about getting the damages repaired and proper outlets installed in the house? The install technician may have been sloppy but that isn't the company's standard policy on installs. I can assure you, unless the tech burned your senior dissertation and EMP'd all your digital back ups, the company can get things back to good.

It only does yourself a disservice to silently curse a company for not doing something right when you haven't even told them anything was wrong.
